We all know FOREX is big, but, how big?

FOREX - The Foreign currency Exchange market is by far the largest financial market in the world. The average daily trade in the global FOREX markets exceeds US$1.9 trillion (Source: the Triennial Central Bank Survey of Foreign Exchange and Derivatives Market Activity conducted by the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in April 2004, and published in March 2005). For comparison, the biggest stock market on the Earth - NYSE Group (The New York Stock Exchange), has a daily trading volume of approximately $86.8 billion (Source: NYSE Group, Inc. 2006). FOREX has a 18.4% average growth rate per year since 1989. It offers trading 24 hours a day, five days a week, non-stop over Internet.

We all know FOREX is risky, but, how risky?

In huge FOREX market, as the story goes, at least 90% of new FOREX traders lose all their money within their first 3 months of trading. Why? Most losing traders who inquire about FOREX trading are quite intelligent, they just lack the right tools, the "Secret Weapons" to win. They are not beaten by other traders, they simply are beaten by themselves, by humans' weaknesses.

What time is good for Forex trading, and what time is not?

According to our observation and experience, the last week and the first week in a year (Approximate December 20th ~ January 10th) are not good for Forex trading. Because there are too many holidays and the market's continuity is interrupted and broken frequently. Besides, some big news days and nationwide holidays are not good time for Forex trading either. Especially for Automated Trading EA Robots. We suggest you stop FOREX automatic trading during these "bad times".

Except these, other time will be good.

What is account management?

Never let your account run unattended with no money management.

Keep your Risk Level as low as you can instead of as high as you can.

Apply sensible money management. Once if your original capital has brought you profits (let's say 20% or 50%), withdraw a share of your profits as soon as you can. After your original capital has been withdrawn 100%, you are "risk-free", and just use profits to play.

Is there any different between demo account and live account?

Yes, certainly. If it is the first time for you to use Raingull© V5 EA Robot in a live account, do not forget to set Risk_Level under 5. For many brokers, Demo and Live data feeds are not the same. If you have got good results in demo accounts, it does not mean it is guaranteed that you will get the same good results in live accounts too. You must start live trading very conservatively and carefully. Safety is everything in FOREX trading. If your FOREX trading experience is less than 3 months, you need longer time to practise.

Trading foreign currencies is a challenging and potentially profitable opportunity for educated and experienced investors. However, before deciding to participate in the Forex market, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience and risk appetite. There is considerable exposure to risk in any foreign exchange transaction. Any transaction involving currencies involves risks including, but not limited to, the potential for changing political and/or economic conditions that may substantially affect the price or liquidity of a currency.

Moreover, the leveraged nature of FOREX trading means that any market movement will have an equally proportional effect on your deposited funds. This may work against you as well as for you. The possibility exists that you could sustain a total loss of initial margin funds and your position will be liquidated and you will be responsible for any resulting losses. Investors are recommended to lower exposure to risk by employing risk-reducing strategies such as 'stop-loss' or 'limit' orders. CFTC rule 4.41: Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown. http://www.cftc.gov
